Hey guys, I’m Tiffany your friendly moderator of the group. It’s been incredible watching our city finally step into that big city energy it was always meant to have. I am stoked to help spotlight all the fun, flavor, and places this city has to offer as well as being a part of this positive growing community that Russ and Lauren have created.

2. How long have you called Jacksonville home? Born and raised in the 904!
3. Favorite local restaurant right now:
I LOVE pizza and have to go with a local staple Carmines Pie House in Riverside. Not only do they have some of the best pizza in Jax, but their pasta dishes are delicious too.
4. Go-to drink order (cocktail, coffee, or otherwise):
Give me a good sweet cider or a fruity rum based cocktail and I am a happy girl. Best places I enjoy grabbing a drink is Grey Matter in Mayport, Pour Taproom in Downtown or Anejo in San Marco (has a killer happy hour).
5. If Jacksonville had an official snack, what would it be and why?
I would have to say shrimp because of Mayport and duh, we have the Jax Jumbo Shrimp team.
6. You have one free afternoon in Jax—what’s your perfect food + fun combo?
I would head out towards the beaches and stop at Taco Lu for some great tacos and a mango margarita then head to the beach for a fun day in the sun and a stop at Lemon Bar for a frozen boozy beverage!
7. If you could rename one Jacksonville neighborhood after your favorite food or drink, what would it be called?
St. Sliceolas - I live in St. Nicholas and pizza 24/7 for me
8. What’s your most “only in Jacksonville” story or moment?
When the 1996 Olympics were held in Atlanta we hosted the Olympic Torch relay in Jacksonville. They ran by my office and it was so cool to be able to see this take place in person.
9. You’re leading a foodie tour for an out-of-towner—what’s your first stop, and what are they eating?
We are going to The District in Springfield and they are getting the braised short rib. If you know you know but if you don't you need to change that!
10. Bonus silly one: If a manatee offered to be your foodie sidekick for a day, where are you taking them first?
I am taking them to Carolina Jax and sharing an order of the Cajun Bacon Ranch fries.
